Easy AF Website Workshop Terms & Conditions

1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and participating in the Easy AF Website Workshop, you (“Participant”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is between All Connected Digital Marketing Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and the Participant.

2. Program Details & Access
• The Easy AF Website Workshop officially starts on March 18, 2024, but is open for early enrollment.
• Participants receive lifetime access to course materials, including templates, lessons, and recorded sessions.
• Access to the Slack group will close 10 weeks after the official start date.
• Participants may ask questions and receive support via Slack and Live Q&A sessions.
• Our response time for support is 48 hours (Monday to Thursday).
• This is an educational course—it is not a done-for-you service. Participants are responsible for implementing the strategies provided.

3. Payments, Refunds & Missed Payments
• The early bird price is $997, and the full price is $1,497.
• We offer payment plans for those who choose not to pay in full.
• No refunds will be provided due to the digital nature of the program, which includes proprietary templates that cannot be returned.
• Payments for this program are processed under Dawn Petrin Copy and Growth via Stripe. However, all course content, intellectual property, and contractual obligations fall under All Connected Digital Marketing Inc.
Missed Payment Policy:
If a Participant selects a payment plan and fails to make a scheduled payment:
1. Grace Period: The Participant will have 5 days to complete the payment.
2. Suspension of Access: If payment is not received within 5 days, access to course materials and Slack will be temporarily suspended.
3. Final Removal: If payment is not made within 14 days, the Participant will be permanently removed from the program with no reinstatement.

4. Participant Responsibilities & Behavior Expectations
To maintain a supportive learning environment, all Participants agree to:
✔ Engage in the workshop respectfully and professionally.
✔ Not share or redistribute any course materials, templates, or proprietary content.
✔ Not use the Slack group for spamming, self-promotion, or solicitation.
✔ Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the Slack group and/or the workshop without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
• All course materials, templates, and resources are owned by All Connected Digital Marketing Inc.
• Participants are granted personal use only—materials may not be shared, resold, or repurposed for commercial use.

6. Disclaimer & Liability Waiver
• This course is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, health, legal, or business advice.
• We make no guarantees about specific business outcomes, financial results, or website performance.
• This course provides education & best practices—it is up to each Participant to implement the material effectively.
• We are not responsible for technical issues, delays in access, or third-party service interruptions.
• By enrolling, Participants agree that they are solely responsible for their actions and results.

7. Modifications & Contact Info
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be shared with enrolled Participants.
